By accessing or using Data Products' AI assistant service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal), you are responsible for ensuring the Service is used in compliance with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, GLBA, etc.).

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Support is provided via email during business hours.

While we strive for accuracy, the AI assistant may occasionally provide incorrect information. You are responsible for reviewing conversations and correcting any errors. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI responses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATA PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Data Products.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
